The Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to a business that reported a customer had dropped a bag of drugs. When Deputy Kerri Null arrived, she was given the bag of powder cocaine; she also located the person that had reportedly dropped the bag of drugs. He had a razor blade inside of his wallet and a piece of a plastic straw in his pocket that was used to ingest the cocaine.
Dmarcus Hinkston, 30 years old, of 704B Everett Loop, Alexandria, was arrested for Possession of C.D.S. II (cocaine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and outstanding warrants from Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office and the Alexandria Police Department.
